arrrrrrrrrr... twisted my knee again!!!!! tot i've recovered already.. err actually tats not wat i tot.. i knew that my knee is still recovering coz can feel that it is still quite loose.. but i just couldnt wait to play soccer... been waiting for 2++mnths to recover.... hah.. so went to play soccer after TEP.. borrowed jersey and short from Kelvin Loy.. didnt bring my own set of clothing coz... TAIDA told me yest that soccer was cancelled!!! but earlier today, they said that it was still on!!!! so no choice, asked Loy bring for me coz he went home to change.. anywae, while playing, i tried my best not to overstretch.. i didnt even ran much.. but... even though i took those precautions, after playing for 30++mins, i twisted my knee again.. Damn it!!! my own freakin fault.. cause i was concentratin on the match that i forgot about my injury.. so i happily challenge another guy to head the ball.. so we kind of bang into each other n BAMP$@#*@!!... my knee twisted when i land on the ground... arrrghhh.. i knew i couldnt continue, so i limped off the pitch.. hai... looks like the recovering process of my knee have to start all over again.. hai kind of sad at how e condition of my knee is now.. n i know that it will never be the same again.........
